These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your organization's access to and use of the HelixOS platform, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").
1. The Services
HelixOS provides an operating system for organizational intelligence, including workflows, processes, signals, scoring, AI-assisted recommendations, and related operational tooling. We may update, improve, or modify the Services from time to time.
2. Accounts and Access
Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under its organization. Customer will ensure that all users comply with these Terms.
3. Customer Data
Customer retains all rights to the data it submits to the Services ("Customer Data"). Customer grants HelixOS a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services, subject to the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable Use
Use of the Services is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Customer will not misuse the Services or attempt to access them other than through the interfaces we provide.
5. Fees
Where a paid plan applies, Customer agrees to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in an order.
6. Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect while Customer uses the Services. Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured after reasonable notice. Upon termination, Customer's right to access the Services ceases.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. HelixOS does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HelixOS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
9. Changes
We may revise these Terms by updating this page. Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes notice of the updated Terms.
