This Privacy Policy explains how HelixOS collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Services.
1. Information We Process
We process account information (such as names and email addresses), organization configuration, and the operational data your organization submits ("Customer Data"). We also collect limited technical information such as log data and device information.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide, secure, and improve the Services, to communicate with you, and to meet legal obligations. We process Customer Data on your organization's behalf in accordance with the Terms of Service.
3. Data Ownership
Your organization retains ownership of its Customer Data. HelixOS does not sell Customer Data.
4. Network Intelligence
Where enabled and permitted, HelixOS may use anonymized and aggregated information to generate benchmarks and network intelligence. Such information is de-identified and is not shared in a form that identifies your organization without authorization.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, when required by law, or with your direction. We require appropriate confidentiality and security commitments from our providers.
6. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and as required by law. Customer may request deletion subject to legal and operational constraints.
8. Your Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Requests may be directed to privacy@helixos.io.

We may update this Policy by publishing a revised version on this page.
