This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the HelixOS Services. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited Activities
Your organization and its users will not:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, degrade, or compromise the Services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
- Reverse engineer the Services except as permitted by law.
- Use the Services to harass, defame, or harm others.
2. Data Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions for any data you submit to the Services, and for handling regulated or sensitive data in accordance with applicable law.
3. Fair Use
Automated access, excessive request volumes, or usage that materially degrades the Services for others is prohibited unless expressly authorized.
4. AI Features
AI-assisted features must be used responsibly. Do not rely on AI outputs as the sole basis for legal, financial, or other consequential decisions without human review.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates this AUP or poses a risk to the Services or others.
6. Reporting
Suspected violations may be reported to abuse@helixos.io.
